Love your amazing garden. I would however used tanalized timber for the raised beds as soft untreated wood will rot quickly. The tanalized timber is pressure treated for use outside.

Impact driver makes it a lot easier than a screw gun. A template for marking out the screws saves from the repeated measuring. Pre-drilling keeps the wood from splitting. (Impact driver needs adaptor for this). Supporting the wood against something, like a wall, keeps the pieces together while drilling. Stainless steel staples makes easy going for the wire mesh. I used new pressure treated that is supposedly safe. And to end with a preposition; I've seen metal hoops but you have to bend them so it's harder to work with.

I love the idea of keeping chickens and rabbits in cages attached to the raised bed. Bravo.

The lumber is not that expensive you can build the box for about $30. Please check out my book Gardening By Cuisine which gives you a complete list and step by steps for building your own raised bed.
