What about container fruit trees? I tried going a lime tree several times in a terra cotta pot and they have all died.

If the guys peach tree came in a pot, how can you also say it was bare root. It can't be both. Makes it sound like you don't know what you are talking about.

Please please please share more about the apple hedge… What exposure is required? I have a northern property line I would like to plant this BEAUTIFUL hedge… I share with a neighbor and not sure how much space to allow without going over their property. They are very territorial. I think I can convince them of the value but want my ducks in a row. What does is look like through the seasons? What season should I begin the planting? I have flood irrigation will it need an irrigation system or is flood enough. How do you turn a tree into a hedge? How long does it take to create some privacy? Fruit??? I am a new gardener but I love learning and experimenting. Will this be over my head?????

What a great video. I have my apple, nectarines , tangerine and grapevine as hedges but I had a new neighbor that chopped them all off! He had his flunky chopped them, instead of asking me to do it. I have the most beautiful nectarines that grow like a clusters on the branch. It no longer has this growing pattern since he chopped it.

The plant behind you that's like dark purple. U can pick and dry them and boil it to make drinks. It's like tea. The beginning of the video.

I'm new here and enjoy your videos. Did you know that peach tree leaves have medicinal properties? They heal UTI's. First pick the leaves clean them then wrap them in a paper towel and place in a plastic bag. Freeze the leaves so if you need them you have them. My friend told me about this and told me she had used the tea when blood was in her urine because her UTI was severe. I was visiting her and thought I was having one. She said you can go to the doctor and have a doctor bill or drink the tea. Now she warned me that the tea was horrible. She said adding sugar made it worse. She put a few leaves in water in a small pot. Once the water boiled the fire was turned off so it could seep. After about 10 mins she gave me about 6 ounces on one glass and a huge glass of water. She told me to hold my nose and drink it straight. I held my nose but couldn't drink it straight. Within the hour I felt relief. The next day she told me needed to drink the tea again. I tried to convince her that I was ok. She said she takes it for two days. So I drank a second glass with another glass of water. Y'all it worked. It was disgusting. It tasted like bile but more watered down. I did not have to take antibiotics for 5-10 days. I was very happy about that. I wanted to share this with you, the vegan athlete, because you are really into eating fresh and living fruits veggies and foliage.

How about zooming out so we can see the garden better while you narrate. It seems you were more interested in getting in the shot than showing the garden.

I love your garden and the places you visit, just wish it was more focused on the plants as opposed at trying to keep you in the shot at ALL times… but hey, at least you're wearing a shirt in this one HAHA.

I really enjoy your videos, man, but the constant selfie mode is a bit counter productive to actually showing us the garden when you're taking up 50% of the shot. Not hating. I think you have a really well toned butt rivaling only Jean-Claude Van Damme's. lol
