If I may ask – I’m living in Denmark. The cold north, haha. Meaning there’s rarely local organic fruit available due to the seasonal change. But I seriously LOVE organic fruits and my DNA is almost half Asian (it’s in my blood!)
So my question is: do you think I should just go for it and eat organic imported exotic fruits? Or do you think I should consider the seasonal aspect and maybe prioritize… something else?

If your having atrial flutter with high heart rate what would you do? Would you just try to fast or use Western medicine to try to get out of it? Thanks any response appreciated.

This is very inspiring! I cant wait to get my body cleaner from eating our natural diet and eventually water fasting. I bought a 30 lb jack fruit from my local supermarket and been having some meals from that. My family has been eating some of it too. My sisters don’t like it but my parents and I do. I can see why some people might not dig it but it’s an interesting fruit for sure.

Honestly she looks much older than her age but I’m assuming she spends a lot of time in the sun since she looks quite tanned. Hayden mangoes are so delicious! So funny that her husband threatened to turn her garden into a tennis court! 😂😂😂 Growing up we were told not to touch fruits before they were full since that would stunt the ripening! The sight of the navel oranges made my mouth water. That’s the natural reaction we should have to ripe fruit because that’s what we should be eating. ( I’ve been learning a lot from you teacher) Lol Chinese apples and rose apples grow wild in Jamaica! Rose apples have become slowly extinct and many people under the age of 30 do not know it. Sadly. Almond??? 🤔 now I’m confused. 😂😂 I’m trying to figure out the point in intentionally planting fruits that aren’t sweet nor edible. That variety of oranges that Debbie was peeling is a graft with a seville orange (which is sour and used with sugar to make a delicious summer drink) and regular oranges. In Jamaica we call them Seville sweet. They are much easier to peel and mostly seedless with a mild taste. What an amazing tour! It’s obvious she’s going to need some help soon with the tending of the garden before it becomes inaccessible. All the seating areas must have been wonderful at some point! Sitting among all the wonderful fruit trees and birds! I can close my eyes and be transported! Thanks for sharing.
