Hi Jenny, what would you say the age limit is for this quilt. Too youthful for a 15 year old

If I wanted to make this for a queen-sized bed, how many charm packs would I need? Could I just use a jelly roll to do all of the sashing (except for the cornerstones which I guess would come from the charm packs)? Or would I need more than 1 jelly roll? +Missouri Star Quilt Company Any help?

Was wondering if someone could tell me if I used layer cakes to make this block, would using a jelly roll for snow balling the corners would work? Any help would be appreciated! And how many layer cakes would I need to get in order to make a queen or king size quilt? Thanks again! !

What would I do without you??? I don't know, but I don't want to find out.  I am half way done with my third quilt and every time I have a question, you have an answer.  We were recently burglarized and all my heirloom jewelry from my Mom and Grandmother was stolen.  I was so sad because I wanted to give the pieces to my children, and grandchildren …. NOW, I am making them all quilts and I doubt anyone will steal them.  If you want to hear something funny …. I was thanking God they didn't take my sewing machine.  LOL

That is a lovely change for this quilt!  At some point Jenny, please address how the border was made.  It really enhances the quilt!  Thanks for your great instruction.

Just what I needed Jenny.  I have just spent the weekend trying to figure out the fastest method for doing the sashing on my new quilt – now you've shown me.  Many thanks – you've just saved me loads of time – happy days 🙂
