Quince is among my favorite fruits. What I appreciate in particular about the quince is its very complex aroma. It ranges between apple, apricot, guava, pear with a hint of muskiness, reminiscent of nutmeg

I've made a quince and apple pie before! It was lovely. I like the color the quince cooks to and the tangy flavor. I used a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and a bit of honey drizzled on top just for a bit of added sweetness it doesn't take much and no need for any sugar!

We got a quince tree reduced in a garden centre this year, it's still alive but not massive so I'm not expecting fruits for a couple of years. I'll be returning to this video many times for info! Thanks mate.
