A candidate for a shade garden:  Geranium maculatum — a perennial.  Columbines and Bleeding hearts will grow in dappled shade.  Phlox divaricata (woodland phlox) will also grow in dappled shade.

Very beneficial tips for homeowners who do not have lots of sun shining on their lawn, they can still have a beautiful and colorful garden to showcase.

You didn't mention Lamnium- I've had great luck with that, although I need to watch
some varieties to not take over! I really love the chartreuse one I have.

I have about a quarter acre of my property that the previous owner tried (and failed) to make into a garden. It's extremely wild looking so I've started pulling the ground cover up and replanting some of the bushes I can ID. I want FLOWERS lots and lots of flowers all year long. (I am in Louisiana…) Mr. Smith do you have a few suggestions? I am having issues finding flowering shade plants that I can plant to have flowers each season.
