Thank you for your educational video. Since you are orienting your garden South-North, I am wondering why you did not orient your garden East-West, (since you have the space) because as your trees will mature, the southern tree will shadow the more northern trees.

The way the garden is envisaged I will be growing a variety of cane fruit, soft fruit and most of the top fruit ie. apples, pears, cherries and plums. I will be trying various pruning techniques to show that you can fit some fruit into the smallest space or build a garden around a single fruit tree. I will be also covering what varieties I have found over the years taste the best.

Great start! I'm looking forward to seeing this series for new ideas as we are expanding our veg garden this year to include a cutting garden (flowers), more raspberry plants, and perhaps some pear and/or apple trees. Cheers!
