What state do you live in? I had Vinca last year and they bloomed awesome, but died in the winter. The only flowers that came back this year are my knock out roses.

Hello to all flowers-lovers … A message from Jed Ford. Some-time ago I wrote and recorded a SONG called 'I Would Plant A Million Roses Every Day'. It has become my 'joint' most-popular-ever creation. 'NOW' that song has become a 'VIDEO' with lots 'n' lots of pictures of all the different flowers I wrote into my song, especially ROSES. The 'video' is now ON YouTube, I hope many lovers of flowers, and lovers of 'LOVE' will find it, and, I hope, LIKE what I've created. IF you 'do', would you kindly pass-it-on, with these 'SHARE' & 'LIKE' things, to all-your-flowers-loving friends and contacts. My best wishes to you all. HERE ‘IS’ the ‘LINK’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPzEP93hJx8

I have been working on a flower bed. Nothing as gorgeous as yours yet! I have decided that tomorrow I will be hauling creek rock from behind the bed (since it lines the creek because it was just such an ugly site lol) to line the back of the flower garden to make weeding and growth reduction easier. I hope it turns out beautiful!

Oh yeah I saw that black snake! – I had to go back and search for him a second time once I read your intro. …and at 2:22, I'm not 100% positive but it looks like it might be a Pestamon. …Beautiful garden, thanks for sharing.

Having a flower bed does not have to mean spending a lot of money or maintenance. You just have to choose the right flowers.

Living in Florida must have it's perks of perennial flowers year round. I noticed the snake in the bushes and was a little shocked to see it. Thanks for the update and hope that your having a great day.

What a WONDERFUL Flower garden ya got there, as beautiful as the owner, eh? Marigolds, zinnias, petunias, that li'l flower you showed us that was in back, the one that reseeded itself also,….and i can't remember the name of that "purple daisy" to the left of the petunia patch, we also have that flower here and it will not only come back as a perennial, it will also reseed itself!!! Five star garden ya got here Paula, thumbs up and thankin' ya for sharin' this COLORFUL Paradise of a front yard!! :)

Yeah, yeah, your flowers are o.k…. But WHERE ARE THE PUPPIES!?
    I wanna see puppies!

Beautiful flowers, Paula! It's nice to have things come back on their own! That's why most all of our flower beds are perennial, since there is enough to do with the gardens, and the greenhouse!

Beautiful! Finally figured out yesterday what I am going to do about flowers on the property. Taking the easy way out. Gonna leave a few selected areas to go wild and throw out assorted wildflower seeds. (Some are perennial and some reseed easily) The just leave 'em alone. Gettin' lazy in may old age.

What a beautiful flower garden! Even more impressive that it re-seeded and grew back by itself.

stunning!  You have inspired me to plant another wildflower bed.  Its amazing how simple these are to grow once they get established and keep reseeding!

Paula: Beautiful flower bed with a lot of different plants that work well together. You never know about what a marigold will do. We have had some grow much larger than they should. I would not know how to grow things in Florida. Blue is a super color to punch up a bed. Rare to see blue in a bed except in your garden and on garden tours at large public gardens. Very Nice Video!!
