I'm sorry, the vote was simple, stay in the EU or leave, we chose leave, not a deal, not another referendum, why assume people dont know what they are voting for, it could be argued that every vote can have the same said about it "i didn't know voting for stalin would lead to more suffering, they promised equality for all not gulags".

its not pizza it's a 2 option choice, it's like asking do you want cheese on a pizza, and then they ring you up and say "we aren't sure If we can deliver chesse, we can either give you a glass of milk or cancel your order" that's labours labour's position, lib dems want to pretend you never put an order in the first place and Brexit party are trying to sell cheese to the established pizza places. At least the conservatives are pretending to try and fill the order.

There is no leave without a deal, that was supposed to be the plan but the weasels in parliament screwed that up and now we need to have a election to vote for party's who support or ignore the referendum, leaving the EU should be a cross party policy, but it's not.

This has been my opinion throughout, Labour made a huge strategic blunder trying to reach these imbeciles, they are a lost cause.

The 'Leave means leave' ideology in a slightly different scenario would be equivalent to advocating an assassination as a valid and acceptable way of implementing a successful no confidence vote. Implementation by any means available, irrespective of any fallout.

"They shouldn't have had the referendum in the first place…" EXACTLY! People are not qualified and don't know how to apply a critical process regarding their own biases let alone anyone else's. Thats why they hate experts, thats why they opt for conspiracy theory over objective fact, thats why they argue for what they believe, rather than substance. They don't know the difference between an objective fact and opinion. In fact they will argue they are the same thing, because they have to (soooooo much 1984 in their thinking). They will only ever get more absurd because they started at absurd. Its incredibly predictable which they would understand if they knew how social bias even functioned in society.

If I had known as a child just how childish and irrational adults actually are, I would have approached my entire life completely differently. Unlucky for me that we only had whatever the TV was telling us when I was younger. Kids today can see how insane we all are just from looking at the screen in their pocket.

If you're young and reading this, James is not the exception. Adults are not to be trusted, with anything. Throw us under the bus to secure your future. "Logan's Run" us. I'm not even joking; I was being told about climate change when I was a boy and stupidly assumed that because the adults already knew about it, they were doing something about it. Decades later, and I was so fucking wrong and too busy treading water in a society that cares only about corporate profits to really step back and think about the direction we're headed in. If you want to save yourselves, you need to at the very least take hold of the mechanisms of powerk and the best part about that is that you don't need to follow the rules of a bunch of dead people to do it; you can make up your own rules. Do it.

Actually, the assumption that all Labour voters are left wing is incorrect. There is a cohort of traditional Labour voters that voted Labour because the party was seen as the party of the working class, and supporting working class interests, but they would have been quite intolerant of true socialist ideas. Remember that Hitler called his fascist party the National Socialist party. Voting Labour does not mean that they were socialist, just angry.

It`s mostly English people who happen to be right wing. The rest of us have zero say. Tactical voting just means the rest of us depend of the English sorting their shit out. And stop dragging the rest of us out against our will. FFS the tactical voting site doesn't even bother suggesting who to vote for here in N,Ireland… Because it won`t matter a toss and never has. Look at the SNP in Scotland, landslide victory taking almost every seat going and the net worth? Feck all.

Barry wasn't wrong but I think he could've been more forceful here.

'You voted for Brexit, we will negotiate a Brexit deal. That's what you voted for. You say you know what you voted for so you'll have no problem with the Brexit delivered.'

'Dale, who are you to decide what is or isn't Brexit? Using your platform to broadcast nonsensical Brexit Party soundbites gives you no credibility. Cameron's suggestion of 'no deal' being an out come was shot down as 'project fear'. No deal is 'Project fear' which is fictional. It's not Brexit.'

    Gardner was too polite.

Brexit is an unknown entity. Non descriptive. In a word nothing. This is what as a people we had to choose. What the fuck is Brexit? Ok it's leaving the EU. How the fuck do we do that? Pardon my French but this is so annoying.

A second ( 3rd really) referendum with 3 choices might play well with pro-Brexit voters, especially given how stupid they are : 1. Leave with the stated negotiated deal. 2. Leave on WTO. 3. Remain in the EU as we are are. This would give

You are SO RIGHT about this….. the Brexit vote was a protest vote against austerity. Even the most novice of political students can see this. It has NOTHING to do with membership of the EU.

The figure of 74 unreformed terrorists is going to look a little sick very soon. 93,000 unreformed violent criminals are loose on our streets under the early release scheme. Peodo's, rapists, terrorists. Bozo knows this but forgot to mention it. How much money and resources have been set aside to keep these people under surveillance? 5 women a week get raped by rapists on early release. But who cares about attacks on lowly working class.
The tories have lied to us since the day the tories arrived in our political arena and they continue to lie, not even good lies but people, really thick people live down to Moggs, Priti Patel's, Bozo's and his dads low opinion of us. Maybe we are as they believe, a beaten class to cowardly to take a chance of a better UK so we vote for those we know exploit and oppress us.
Corbyn is evil but no one knows why, Bozo is a nut job who cannot tell the truth ever. Let's vote for Bozo and his lying tory party. What a disgraceful people we have become. No imagination, no logical thinking and no guts for the fight. I hope you get the government you deserve.

I would also question about these 'labour supporters from a life time', how genuine are they… it's not just about fake. It is a psychological trick that they play to themselves. They need to present themselves as genuine, authentic. Working class, from the north (or from south wales), always faithful to Labour as a workers' party. It is nice in these occasions (on the live radio, in the pub, chatting with strangers) to presnt yourself in these genuine authentic terms. Not always, of course: sometime it is much better to rpesent yortuselv as middle class, confortable. In doing so, these characters play in the hand of reactionary media. The angry working class that decide to vote for the bosses' political lackeys. Thinking they give a kick to capitalism.

Brexit is a complete shitstorm, it's going to tear the people of these Islands apart. I don't agree with the Welsh guy, but both the leave/remain sides must find an honorable compromise or things will go all lord of the flies if/when leave or remain starts to go tits up.

The chances of any of the choices being a success are sadly not for this drama, its a shit flush all the way down for most of us, and mostly because of that stupidly simple question on the EU Referendum ballot paper, whoever thought that would sort things out needs their balls kicked.

Citizens voted for the UK to remain in the EEC in 1975 without complaint on either side. If Remain had won in 2016, then Citizen Robespierre wouldn't have complained about the result. Why can't Citizen Robespierre accept that he was a loser on a losing side of the debate? Ah. I know. Citizen Robespierre is a dictator and deems his minority view as being above the majority vote. Pathetic, intollerant, bullying man.

It's 'Gardiner' not 'Gardener' by the way. Barry Gardiner states that no one voted on how we would leave. In which case why would 'Remain' ever appear on a referendum designed to deal with how we leave the EU to implement the result from 2016. Max's 'pizza' reference sums up my point – we still want the pizza even though we sent it back. We don't want an option to cancel the pizza you berk.
