Great video, but that grub was a June Bug larvae.  They eat every root of every plant in sight.  They can be a real nuisance!!!

Living in Phoenix, I'm super excited about the wood chips. My concern is scorpions. We currently use chemicals to control them, but that would just undo the life created by the mulch.

This is so incredible! I live in St Pete, Florida with about 1/4 acre looking to create a food forest in the middle of the city here. As a passionate vegan and an athlete as well (avid rock climber, runner, back packer, and so on…) it is a goal of mine to live a healthy, compassionate, ethical and sustainable lifestyle, to benefit people, animals and the environment. It would be great to chat with you about the start of your food forest and your progress and work up until this video. Excellent work and great video. Keep it up!

The reason you get B-12 when you don't was the vegetables so good is because you get it from bug residue.(comment about around 28:45 mark)
