I have never been lucky with rosemary cuttings and last year my rosemary perished in a sudden icy blast. I bought a new plant and it has grown well in a container which is now overwintering in the greenhouse so I hope that is near enough for a mediterranean plant. I love a sprig of rosemary on a joint of roasting lamb. It infuses into the lamb and sends a lovely aroma around the kitchen.
