    Might need to try that one, I've been enjoying geranium tea the lemon flavoured variety and it's lovely.

    I don't use a dehydrator for mint. It air dries in the house. I guess if you have a really humid climate you could put a small fan on it.

    This is a good video. As the weather is so much cooler many of us are snacking on tea. Saving our mint in the summer for winter and getting a dehydrator gives us some goals. The Living Web Farms also illustrated how a dehydrator can be useful: "Preserving Food Without Refrigeration with Kelley Wilkinson".
