If I knew there would be a good purpose for them, I would have saved all of those, "America on Line," CD's that they would mail me in the 90's.

"you need some old CDs you no longer want" … but it's the 80s/90s etc ones that I DO want…. it's only the new crap I don't want!

Hanging pictures of Hillary will do the trick. That will run off everyone and everything, including me.

I hang mp3s from my trees. It's just as useless, and the animals are repelled by the poor sound quality. If that doesn't work I just throw old iPhones at them.

Works best with crap "music" like Beyonce, Beiber, Kanye West, etc. Even birds and squirrels don't want anything to do with that shit. Seriously, though, I've read that this doesn't really work; birds will stay away for a couple of days, but will figure out it's not a threat in relatively short order.

**WARNING** the following may butt hurt, cause nausea and vomiting, make one run for a safe space, alert PETA (People Enjoying Tasty Animals), or cause disorientation….. Liberals the ONLY way to rid squirrels (tree rats) is to shoot them, skin them, and eat them,…the end!

We are trying shiny, spinning things, rubber snakes, and will spray fox urine once peaches get riper and close to picking. Will let you know how it goes (and if we can stand the smell of fox urine!)Also, human hair!

Does this really work? I have fig and pear trees and squirrels are loving them. Do they eventually get used to the CDs being present and eat the fruits anyway? Any update on your tree(s)?

So does this really work ? I just went out and found my ENTIRE GRAPE VINE without a single one and they had just started ripening. Now my pears are almost ready and three have signed of rodents eating them .they'll be gone by day after tomorrow .I don't have time to experiment if I want a ripe pear from my tree

I tried this at home and it doesn't work…netting seems to work somewhat but is cumbersome to install.

I've heard of this before but never tried it. I guess thats because I don't have any fruit trees yet. But anyway, is it working well for ya?
