    Good luck with your tree. The Che tree is a great tree as it is pest free and the birds don't really bother the fruit. I got mine from Edible Landscaping too probably a dozen years ago or so. It's done well for me and produces a lot of fruit. You probably don't need the other two trees you got from the other place. Those fruit will probably be seedy. The Edible Landscaping variety sets seedless fruit on its own and needs no pollinator.
