I received a rooted cutting the first week of September. I have since planted it but haven't seen any new growth yet. Do you know when I can expect to see a new shoot grow out from the original rooted cutting?? Thanks

Hey +WonderKeeper Im living in germany, i grew 3 pitahayas from semens, sadly they dont grow so fast, maybe i use the wrong soil, now i want to make it faster so ill buy the soil you are using for it^^, my question is, which Pot size should i use for them, i want blooming too and fruits ofc :), i cultivate them in my room in the wintertime , i can make a 2m climbiung framework for them, it would fit in my room, i want to put the pitahayas outside in the summer.

This is the best video I've seen on Dragon Fruit.  You show what problems can happen and what to do about them.  You show different growing structures, not just one.  Also that it is difficult to fruit above 7 feet.  Very best video, thank you.

I planted some last year and are able to get a few (3) tiny dragon. One on each single cactus, no umbrellas. I planted them again this year and needs help. I know that you keep cutting the new shoots on the cactus to make a single long cactus but where or when do you stop cutting, so they will form an umbrella? Also, in another video the person mention something about cutting off the top of the cactus so it will sprout many cactuses to form an umbrella? Thanks for this video!

nice video, can you help me with something! i am growing a plant in florida and i was wondering, i got a cutting that was 7inch tall like almost a year ago and now the plant is pretty big will like 10 or more legs growing everywhere. i havent gotten any fruit yet. my question is will the plant self pollinate from one plant? i have heard from a few people that i need 2 different kinds of 1 sting to self pollinate each other. someone said that fruit bats will pollinate my plant then someone else said i have to buy dragon fruit pollen.

lastly i am pretty nervous on cutting some cutting from my plant. is there a way i can send you a picture of my plant so you can tell me where i should cut my  cuttings?

    thanks for you time!

Nice trellis. I was thinking of planting one indoors (we get winters cold enough for snow). do you think I should put one rod next to the plant or should I put up a triangular contraption like yours?
