    Funny you should say that, I usually grow the Dwarf mix and even they get to 3 feet, not sure if its the same type as the lady is referring to in the video. One of my friends grows Cosmos in her lawn for annuals and the ones that grow amongst the Ox Eye Daisies reach 5 feet, and one theory is the bees have cross polinated them with mine.Plant them amongst stronger plants like Lupins etc and they will support them. The display will look awesome too

    Just one point, they will grow well in moist soil as long as you have good drainage. I find they wilt here in the UK if they get to dry and have to keep watering them when summers are to dry here. We have the Dwarf Sinatra Mix not sure if its the same type as yours but some do get to be 3ft even though the packets say dwarf mix. Nice video and good advice.

    Thanks for the video. I planted mine in miracle grow in the green house free draining but too fertile. Which i guess explains why my comos are 4ft tall very bushy with only one or two flowers. They are so heavy I've had to tie them to stakes to stop them falling over.

    what if their stems turn red? does weather have anything to do with it?
