Does the peppermint oil detour the pollinators ?

Hi Kim, I am new to gardening and I noticed on my tomato leaves there are some white squiggly lines on some of them. I picked them off and a few days later there are more on some other leaves. I also noticed that the white lines look torn open like a bug has come out of it . What could this be ?

As always, Thank You Kim! Question; let's say you're done spraying and have some left over in the bottle. Is it okay to save it until next time or go ahead and dispose of it?

Yes, it has to be 100% cold pressed neem oil. BUT … I would recommend using Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds Biodegradable Cleaner instead of Dawn. Better for the plants and the environment.

Hi Kim, where do you get peppermint oil? I might just try this. I don't typically get bugs, but last year I did get some spider mites in one giant pumpkin plant. Commercial miticides are crazy expensive, I won't pay $100+ for them. 😉

Thanks CaliKim for your timely video. I am one of those who are experiencing persistent, aggressive insect problems.
I'll be trying out your spray. Thanks for your help.

I'm here in Miami and just discovered mealybugs all over the bottom stems of my tomatillo plants where it meets with the soil!!! Was disgusting lol.

Can aspirin be added to this mix for tomatoes, or would it not react well with the oils?

I've been using the neem oil and peppermint mixture on my green beans but to no avail. I did do some succession planting and hopefully I'll get some green beans that way. I also have beautiful bell pepper plants but absolutely no flowers. Do you think its the 100+ degrees?

Would using only peppermint oil and dish soap do anything? I don't have any neem oil right now but have plenty of 100% peppermint oil on hand.

Kim I love your videos and your tips but I have to ask Is the dish soap that are you using on this video antibacterial? If it is, does it defeat the purpose to use worm tea?
