    Hello Cliff
Would summer pruning on "sweet Cherry" encourage more fruiting spurs
for next year or Sweet Cherry trees different with regards to summer pruning encourage fruiting?
I have a 5 yr. old sweet cherry (Napoleon) that refuses to fruit. Have pollinator 10ft away, avoided heaving spring pruning, bend branches 60 to encourage fruiting. Any suggestions? Thanks again

Hi Cliff, Wow! I didn't know about summer pruning. My fruit trees are 2-4 years old with no pruning. They are getting taller than I can reach and bearing little fruit. Is is OK to trim the hard wood to bring them back to a manageable size? Thanks! Diane, NH US

Hi Cliff & Diane. Where did you get all of your gardening expertise, you're very knowledgable, I have actually got strawberries growing from seed I snook back while over there. My daughter & hubby are stationed at Lakenheath and they have strawberry fields around them where you can pick. I scraped the seeds onto paper towel and now have plants. Working my way through the videos and enjoying very much. Maureen

Hi Cliff great update i love your channel, That was a bit of a master class with the pruning. I could take a leaf out of your book and do some pruning myself, I lost half of my golden delicious apple tree earlier this week, Sadly it snapped right in the middle of the main steam, So instead of and 6ft tree i now have a 3ft tree, I'll be posting it up in a update some time this week, Any way i loved your update so much I've subscribed to your channel so keep them coming my friend…With Regards Mark….
